Here you will find all the extra touches that The Kiwi Chief is able to provide for your event catering, from salad options to fine dining desserts, and more family-style tray desserts for BBQs and hog roasts.

SALAD OPTIONS

Two of the following salad options are included with every paella or street food package. They can be added to a buffet package for £4 a head.

Morroccan Couscous Salad - couscous, aubergine, courgette, peppers, dried apricots, sultanas

Mixed Salad - various lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion

Tomato & Red Onion - Sliced beef tomatoes, sliced red onion

Potato Salad - diced boiled potatoes, chopped spring onions & chives, cracked black pepper. Made with either salad cream or mayo.

Pasta Salad - Fusilli pasta, sundried tomatoes, olives, basil pesto

Chef's Coleslaw - shredded white & red cabbage, carrots, onion, horseradish mayo

PREMIUM SALAD OPTIONS

The following salad options can be substituted for the above included salads at an extra cost of £1 per person. They can also be added to any of the other packages for £5 per person.

Caprese Salad - mozzarella, tomatoes, basil. Served with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

Waldorf Salad - celery, apples, walnuts, grapes and mayo.

Greek Salad - feta cheese, onions, cucumber, olives

Caesar Salad - lettuce, garlic croutons, anchovies, Parmesan

BUFFET OPTIONS

Here at the Kiwi Chef we can provide you with cold or hot buffets for your event.  These will include all the usual buffet fare finger food. Prices dependent on menu, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

In addition to the usual buffet fare, why not add something a bit special?

Charcuterie Board -  a selection of salami, chorizo, pate, parma ham, pastrami, bresaola, served with cornichons, caper berries, mini stuffed peppers, chutney, sundried tomatoes and fresh bread.  Specific meats can be supplied, price on request.

Price: £15.00 per person, minimum of 20 people.

Whole Poached Salmon:  £5 per person extra, min 20 people

Whole Poached Salmon plus Smoked Salmon:  £6 per person extra. min 20

 

Seafood Platter - poached salmon, smoked salmon, crab meat, caviar, lobster meat.

Price:  £10 per person, minimum 20 people.

GAME PIE

​A hot water crust pastry pie filled with a seasonal selection of game meat, eg, rabbit, pheasant, venison.  Big enough for 15 slices: £60.  Four days notice required.

DESSERTS

​The following are available as add-ons to any of the packages at £4.00 per person.

​English Sherry Trifle (also available without alcohol )

Tiramisu (also available without alcohol)

Chocolate Brownies

Caramel Slices

Apple Pie

Cheesecake - various flavours.

All of the above can be served with whipped or pouring cream.

CELEBRATION CAKES

Cakes can be provided for all types of celebrations; birthdays, anniversaries, weddings etc. Chef Phil's wife Julia at Art of Cakes is the cake baker/artist in the family and can create stunning traditional tiered and 3D novelty cakes to your requirements.  Visit Art of Cakes on Facebook
